Key Responsibilities

• 

  Identify and research potential B2B clients through online platforms and other sources.

• 

  Generate and maintain relevant leads for IT services.

• 

  Understand basic client requirements and identify suitable prospects.

• 

  Use LinkedIn, Google, company websites and other online sources for lead research.

• 

  Maintain and regularly update lead databases.

• 

  Coordinate with the Business Development team and share qualified leads.

• 

  Support email outreach and other lead-generation activities.

• 

  Achieve assigned daily/weekly lead-generation targets.

• 

  Maintain accurate records of lead status and follow-ups.

Requirements

• 

  Good communication and basic English skills.

• 

  Good internet research and analytical skills.

• 

  Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• 

  Willingness to learn about IT services and B2B sales.

• 

  Positive attitude, consistency and ability to work with targets.

• 

  Candidates who are interested in building a career in IT Business Development / Sales are preferred.
