The Challenge

The company was facing low engagement through its existing email campaigns. Despite having a steady stream of sign-ups and franchise enquiries via their website, their email open and click-through rates remained underwhelming. The company wanted to boost booking rates through customer retargeting and nurture leads for potential franchise buyers, but their email content lacked the appeal and conversion strategy needed.

Our Role

Our marketing team took on the challenge of revamping the email marketing strategy for the company. This included content planning, subject line optimization, layout redesign, and campaign segmentation for both service requesters and franchise enquirers.

Solution

We designed two distinct email campaign flows –

One aimed at converting newsletter sign-ups into laundry service bookings.
Another targeted at nurturing franchise enquiries into qualified leads.

Each campaign featured engaging copy, personalized subject lines, visually appealing templates, and clear call-to-action buttons. We also introduced A/B testing to refine and improve performance.

The Results

The new campaigns significantly improved engagement. Open rates and click-through rates showed noticeable growth, and bookings through email increased. Franchise interest emails also started receiving more responses and follow-ups. With consistent performance tracking and optimization, the results continue to improve steadily month over month.
