As Atlas celebrates its 14th year in business, I look back with immense gratitude and pride at the journey we have travelled together. This milestone is not just a celebration of time, but of resilience, learning, innovation, and unwavering commitment. 

 The year 2024 was a year of restoration, a time of rebuilding from the challenges brought by the pandemic and the global recession in the IT industry. We do not regret this phase, for it taught us invaluable lessons on balancing emotions with business realities. It strengthened our core, sharpened our vision, and reminded us of the importance of people, processes, and perseverance. 

As we step into a new year of Atlas, we do so with renewed energy and clarity. We have strengthened our processes and policies to create a more standardized, efficient, and balanced ecosystem, one that values both professional excellence and work-life wellbeing. This new phase is a year of reclaiming what was lost and boldly exploring new horizons. A year where we will invest deeply in innovation, research, technology, and infrastructure, expanding the Atlas footprint further across the globe.

To every Atlassian, my heartfelt congratulations. You have stood by this vision, through highs and lows, with dedication and trust. Our success is built on your strength.
