The need was to create an HRMS software that could minimize the task of managing employee data, managing the timesheet, managing leaves, payroll, and many other HR-related things.
We were tasked with designing and developing an easy-to-use and responsive HRMS portal for the Human resources department, incorporating all the necessary features and functionalities.
Atlas SoftWeb’s skilled Laravel team developed a software product that can efficiently manage employee data, payroll, in/out employee time, task management, document management, etc. We employed multiple login dashboards, i.e. Admin panel and Employee panel. The future vision of the HRMS portal is to integrate AI, and ML things into the product through which we can automate things very easily.
With our solutions, the HRMS portal was developed as expected and helped the Human resources department greatly by streamlining the onboarding process of new employees and managing existing data.
